Each plan includes all of it. You choose a plan by the size of your school, not by the features you need.
See every lesson by teacher, room or student. Weekly lessons repeat by themselves, skip your closure days, and you are warned before a room, teacher or student is double-booked.
A missed lesson earns a make-up credit that families book themselves. Credits can expire at the end of a term, and families can pause for the summer.
New families pick a time on your own page. They get a reminder, and a follow-up email after the lesson.
Parents see lessons, notes and invoices, cancel or book make-ups, pay, and message the school. All of it works in English or French.
Invoices come from the lessons actually taught. Parents pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or from a Canadian bank account, and can save a card or bank account for automatic payments. e-Transfer and cash are easy to record too.
Each teacher signs in to see only their own students. They write lesson notes and practice assignments, families log practice, and you get a teacher pay report for payroll.
Class rosters with seat limits and attendance. Plan a recital, schedule rehearsals, email every family their plan, and sell tickets online with door check-in.
A simple website with your lessons, prices, teachers and a trial button is included with every plan.
Bring your students and families over from a spreadsheet, and download everything again whenever you like. Reports, plus files for QuickBooks and Xero, are built in.
Free trial on every plan. No credit card needed to start. Yearly billing saves two months.
Up to 3 teachers. Unlimited students. Personal studio, student homes and online.

No. You get the full free trial first. You add a card only when you decide to keep going.
Add a card on the Billing page and carry on. If you do nothing, your school pauses a week after the trial ends. Nothing is deleted, you can still download everything, and it opens again as soon as you subscribe. Your families and teachers are not locked out of their own pages.
Yes, from the Billing page. Your school stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.
You do. Download your families, students, lessons and invoices as spreadsheets any time, from inside the app.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or from a Canadian bank account. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, and Sonatina adds no fee on top.
